We are looking for a Marketing Leader to lead the marketing operation of a fast-growing digital agency with a diverse portfolio of clients across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and SaaS.

You will join an established team of marketing specialists that needs strategic leadership, clear direction, and someone who understands both the business and the technical side of digital marketing.

This is not a role focused solely on management. We are looking for someone who has been in the trenches, understands how campaigns and acquisition strategies actually work, and is comfortable getting hands-on when needed.

What will you do?

You will act as the bridge between the internal marketing team and our clients.

Internally, you will lead the team by:
Organizing workloads and priorities across different accounts.
Following up on deliverables, deadlines, and campaign performance.




Reviewing work and identifying potential issues before they reach the client.
Providing strategic direction and feedback to marketing specialists.
Helping team members develop their skills and improve their performance.
Making decisions around channel strategy, priorities, and resource allocation.
Externally, you will be the strategic point of contact for clients, responsible for:
Presenting campaign results and business insights.
Providing strategic marketing consulting and recommendations.
Translating marketing performance into clear business outcomes.
Understanding each client's business objectives and adapting the marketing strategy accordingly.
Managing expectations and building strong, long-term client relationships.
You will oversee strategies across Paid Media and Outbound, including channels such as:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
Cold Email
