Role Description
The Customer Service Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting Sorso wellness water customers through email, phone, chat, and other communication channels. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries about products and services, guiding customers through installation and troubleshooting steps, and processing orders, returns, and warranty requests. The role involves documenting customer interactions, escalating complex issues when needed,



and following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction. The representative will also capture customer feedback, contribute to improving the overall customer experience, and collaborate with internal teams such as technical support and operations.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives experience.
Ability to foster positive interactions focused on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience.
Experience in managing and improving overall Customer Service and Customer Support processes.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
Prior experience in consumer products, wellness, home systems, or related fields is beneficial.
