The Associate SMB Sales Manager will report to the Country Managerand will be a hands-on leader focused on acquiring new customers at scale through coaching and operational excellence, being responsible for the team's activities, forecast accuracy and results - from cold outreach to launch deals.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS and/or leading sales teams.
Proven success in expanding the customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals.
Strong analytical and coaching skills, leveraging data-driven insights to guide the sales process and develop Account Executives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs, while effectively influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven performance management skills, with experience in weekly performance reviews, pipeline inspection, forecast management, and taking fast corrective actions.
Experience using CRM data and sales metrics to drive business decisions and improve team performance.
