The Position:
We're looking for a Financial Analyst to support our existing operations team. Responsibilities will include a broad range of financial, operational, and administrative tasks such as:
- Support payroll and invoicing operations.
- Process expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Calculate bonus payouts.
- Process and manage benefit time reconciliations.
- Process compensation changes.
- Manage many various contract structures / compensation plans.
- Support accounting processes.
- Seek collections and payment remittance.
- Manage system labor resource adds and bill rates.
- Support employee / client onboarding / offboarding where related to payroll / invoicing processes.
- Develop, produce, and track key metrics and other financial indicators and present to senior leadership.
