Role Summary:

The Social & Content Manager is the local market engine responsible for leading the strategic implementation, optimization, and native execution of social media and owned digital content ecosystems - including professional dentists programs. Sitting within the Integrated Brand Experience (IBE) team,



this position is accountable for turning core campaign ideas into a highly contextualized, "social-first" asset ecosystem that drives measurable consumer reach, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Native Campaign Amplification: Evaluates local market marketing briefs and creative proposals to ensure they are architected social-first rather than retrofitted from traditional media formats. Directs external creative and influencers agencies to maximize asset customization across digital channels.
Campaign Guardrail Enforcement: Screens all platform-specific hooks, creative variations, and dynamic testing models to guarantee that localized content directly addresses and answers the brand's core commercial objectives.
Influencer Agency Governance: Directly controls the operational workflows, contracts, campaign metrics, and execution deliverables of the specialized external influencer agency.
