The Performance Manager BI for IFM is responsible for driving performance excellence and maximizing operational efficiency across multiple facilities within a designated region. This role plays a crucial part in utilizing data and analytics to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement. The Performance Manager BI collaborates with cross-functional teams, leveraging technology solutions, and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize service delivery,



enhance client satisfaction, and achieve key business objectives.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure and improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities across the region.
Collaborate with facility managers and operations teams to establish performance improvement plans and drive accountability.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable performance insights to senior management and operations teams.
Business Intelligence and Analytics:
Gather, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources to generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
