federal, commercial, and residential clients across MA, RI, MD, VA, and DC. We are
expanding our digital presence to showcase our projects, innovation, and sustainability
mission, and we’re looking for the right person to help us build it.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and creative professional to update our WordPress website,
enhance our social media presence, and create engaging content. The idóneo candidate
is someone who can balance technical website skills with marketing and content
creation expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, manage, and update our WordPress websites (content, plugins, SEO, performance).
• Create engaging video and graphic content (project highlights, company stories,
social reels).
• Develop and manage company pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and
Facebook.
• Write and edit website copy, blog posts, and social media content.
• Implement SEO best practices and track website/social performance via analytics.




• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with company goals and milestones.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate Emmaty’s mission into a strong digital
brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical (Website):
• Proficiency in WordPress (themes, plugins, optimization, security).
• Knowledge of basic web design principles (UX/UI, responsive design).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search
Console).• (Bonus) Experience integrating CRM tools or marketing automation with
WordPress.

Content Creation:
• Strong video production and editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
• Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
• Strong writing/editing skills for professional and engaging digital content.

Marketing & Social Media:
• Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook for business.
• Familiarity with social media growth strategies and engage
