You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions that enhance the customer experience, optimize operations, and drive business growth within the e-commerce ecosystem.

Position: Full-time.
- Location: Hybrid OR Remote. (Medellin) (Negotiable):
- Experience: 4 - 6 years preferable (NOT a dealbreaker):
- Salary: 1000 - 1300 USD (Negotiable):
- Weekend OFF:
- English level: B2 or Higher.:
- English Curriculum it’s a must

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements
- Design, develop,



and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to address various eCommerce challenges, such as product recommendation, pricing optimization, and inventory management
- Automate actions such as
- Collect information from google Sheets and answer questions.
- Conduct research on the latest AI trends and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and propose innovative ideas to improve our eCommerce platform
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and optimize them to ensure they deliver the desired results
- Maintain thorough documentation of allI projects, including algorithm development, model training, and performance evaluation. As well as securely backing up material related to progress achieved on a daily basis.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
