The Commercial Success team is the analytics engine behind two of GoDaddy's most important growth levers: Renewals and Media. We turn data from across the business into the insight that leaders actually decide on — how our renewal book is pacing, where media spend is working, and what to do next. This isn't reporting for reporting's sake: our analysis sets strategy and direction at the business-unit level. As a Sr. Mgr - Business Analytics, you'll be one of the most senior individual contributors on the team The person we hand the ambiguous, high-stakes questions to, and trust to come back with a clear story and a recommendation.




What you'll get to do...
Lead complex, end-to-end analytics across Renewals and Media, transforming ambiguous business questions into actionable insights that explain performance, root causes, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including Redshift, financial and budgeting systems, media/ad platforms, and ad hoc datasets, to create a single trusted source of truth for decision-making.
Deliver executive-ready insights through QuickSight dashboards, advanced Excel models, and compelling presentations that simplify complex data and support informed business decisions.
Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, uncover deeper insights, scale impact, and drive adoption of innovative analytical practices across the team.
