We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive, scalable, and consistent digital experiences. This role combines user research, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and design systems to create experiences that are both user-centered and technically feasible.
The adecuado candidate is a systems thinker who can make high-quality UX decisions, navigate tradeoffs, and communicate design rationale effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will also contribute to the evolution of our design standards and UI component library, helping establish consistency across products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.
Translate research insights into clear user flows, information structures, and interaction models.
Create wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
Define and maintain content and UX standards that promote consistency across digital experiences.
Build, maintain,



and evolve the UI component library and contribute to the broader design system.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business and user needs into effective design solutions.
Evaluate design alternatives and make informed decisions based on user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and product strategy.
Identify and communicate design tradeoffs, risks, and opportunities throughout the product development process.
Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
Incorporate AI prompting techniques into the design process to improve efficiency, exploration, and quality of outcomes.
