This position will be responsible for CSS (Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions) in the Norther Cluster. This role is a critical leadership position, responsible for leading CSS strategy in the region. This person will be part of the CLT (Cluster Leadership Team) reporting directly to the Cluster VP. The main responsibility is being fully in change of the PnL, achieving business commitments in Biosense Webster, Mentor and Cerenovus; exceeding customer expectations; and managing the talent, marketing and commercial strategy in the cluster, driving growth and influencing the direction of the business.
