As a Breakfast Category Director for Pacific in the Kellogg Team, you will lead regional consumer demand across the Pacific region (8 countries of South America excluding Brazil & Venezuela) with a multicultural & multifunctional approach.

You will need to ensure the execution of marketing actions aiming to bring to life Breakfast brand’s long-term strategy across all key markets while delivering the present according to our current plans.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Drive the transformation of the Breakfast Business in the Pacific Region: leading regional strategic projects enabling and guiding the end to end process since the conception of the idea, its development, launch and tracking across all region markets (8 countries).
- Understand and capitalize consumers and shoppers trends: know the need states and motivations in order to ensure winning, efficient and successful innovation projects.
- Assists in the identification and development of business building ideas: works with other business unit team members to execute the plans that meet investment criteria.




- Monitors and analysis: Of sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.
- Lead the execution of promotional initiatives: profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
- Analyzes consumption and shipment data: compares results to established objectives to assure the effectiveness of marketing programs.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:
- +10 years of business experience in Marketing roles.
- +5 years as a leader of department (Marketing director or Grouper)
- Experience in project management (desirable experience in innovation projects)
- Experience leading RGM & Pricing and Promo projects.
- Experience in the consumers goods industry.
- Desired regulatory and macroeconomic experience and regional experience leading marketing initiatives across international markets.
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
