The “ _T alent Acquisition Sourcing Manager” _is responsible for leading the talent sourcing function of the Talent Acquisition process.

Responsibilities
- Manage the sourcing team including setting performance objectives, monitoring service level expectations, and maintaining cost-effective delivery of sourcing within the functional space to the enterprise.
- Demonstrate and manage best practices related to launch of sourcing strategies within the functional space. Drive the execution of the functional strategic sourcing plan and perform analytics on each sourcing channel to maximize results on a monthly basis.
- Always take an active role in support of the roll-out and reinforcement of process changes and overall sourcing delivery by sourcing on minimum of one active requisition.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings in a timely manner with direct reports including standard audit, coaching, motivating and directing the team.
- Conduct team regular audits leveraging the audit protocol in support of compliance execution and process adoption.




- On a monthly basis leverage the audit reporting suite in coaching/correcting overall performance management
- Assist in coaching and driving overall career development of team members utilizing UHG tools and philosophies

- Change and update best practices of the sourcing process leveraging available technologies and general best practices
- Tools & technology: Use of automated reports in Talent Source and Domo

Requirements:
- BS/ BA degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
- 4+ years of recruitment/sourcing experience in a high-volume environment
- Advance proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with CRM systems
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing
