I'm looking for a Videographer to help document and build the Vikram Deol personal brand.

This isn't just scheduled studio filming. Some days we'll batch planned content. Other days you'll capture business, podcasts, conversations, speaking, behind-the-scenes moments, and everyday life. We want someone who recognizes a good story while it's happening.

What You'll Do:
- Film planned short
- and long-form content
- Capture lifestyle, business, speaking, podcast, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Build an ongoing B-roll library
- Work with our Marketing Lead on concepts and shoot plans
- Communicate context and important moments to our remote Editor
- Keep footage organized and easy for the team to use

You don't need to be our primary Editor - we already have one. We need you to be excellent at capturing the right moments.

You're Probably a Fit If:
- You're great with cameras, lighting, and audio
- You understand social media and storytelling
- You're observant and proactive
- You're comfortable being around people without making everything feel staged




- You know when polished production matters, and when pulling out a camera and capturing the moment matters more
- You don't need someone constantly telling you what to film
- You speak english
- You are mission driven and want to help me bring my work to the world. We are a mission driven company and are looking for mission and purpose driven humans as well.
- You give meaningful feedback
- You can run a mixer for multiple mics and audio
- Like working in a startup environment
