Hey there, I'm Vikram Deol. I've spent my career building businesses, selling, coaching, speaking, and rebuilding after some spectacular failures along the way.

Now I'm building one personal brand around the things I've spent my life learning: business, AI, sales and communication, human transformation, and speaking. Mostly human transformation.

I believe today's entrepreneurs are more successful on the outside and more hurt and lsot on the inside, more so than anytime in our history. And with the world speeding up with AI and not slowing down, more people need to have a healing hand to support their growth.

I'm looking for a Marketing Lead that believe in the mission to help turn that into one clear brand and one marketing engine.

Fix the human, then we can fix the business.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You'll learn how I think, speak, teach, and tell stories, then help turn those ideas into content, campaigns, scripts, hooks, and offers.

You'll lead our marketing operation and work directly with our Editor, Videographer, and external specialists.





You'll own the overall direction across:
- Brand and positioning
- Content strategy
- Scripts, hooks, and storytelling
- Content calendar and distribution
- Funnels and marketing automation (whether this be you personally or you managing outside contractors as needed)
- Analytics and optimization - You have to be numbers and KPI first. We will review the data multiple times a week and you'll be held to a high standard.
- Paid-media direction

You don't need to personally execute every technical task. You do need to understand marketing well enough to know what should happen, who should do it, and whether it worked.
