We are looking for a Regional Commercial Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and end-to-end execution of commercial events and activations across LATAM.
The role will work closely with trade associations, commercial partners, local market teams, and agency stakeholders, ensuring that events and promotional initiatives are delivered on time, according to agreed requirements, and with a high level of operational excellence.
This position will play a key role in coordinating multiple markets, managing timelines and deliverables, organizing creative and technical requirements, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders involved in each activation.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of commercial events and activations with trade associations and commercial partners.
Serve as a key point of contact between trade associations, local market teams, and agency stakeholders.
Coordinate local market participation in commercial events, promotional periods, and activation initiatives.
Manage documentation, operational requirements,



timelines, and deliverables related to each activation.
Build and maintain a consolidated regional events and activation calendar, including key dates, asset deadlines, dependencies, and market requirements.
Support the activation intake process, helping validate scope, timing, feasibility, and required resources.
Coordinate creative and technical specifications required for each activation.
Request, collect, organize, and validate creative assets according to established requirements.
Coordinate the upload and delivery of assets to trade association or partner platforms.
Monitor activation execution and brand/product visibility across partner platforms.
Track product and catalog compliance and flag any inconsistencies or issues.
Follow up on operational issues and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
