- Our Shared Service Center is seeking an Accounting & Tax Supervisor to lead and oversee accounting, tax, and compliance processes end-to-end, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality financial closings, reports, and statutory obligations. The role is responsible for coordinating teams, auditors, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency, complete documentation, and strong client service standards. Additionally,



the Accounting & Tax Supervisor will drive process consistency, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the successful execution of key accounting and tax deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and ensure strict compliance with accounting close schedules, financial reporting, and tax deliverables, meeting defined quality and timeliness standards.
- Provide integrated supervision across Accounting and Tax, ensuring a holistic understanding of client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control team workload and hours invested, identifying deviations and reporting them to management on a monthly basis.
- Review and approve time records and related documentation in internal reporting systems (e.g., Time Reports, LMS).
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for statutory auditors, tax auditors, and external reviewers.
