Job Description:
- Travel and Logistics Manager, La Paz, Bolivia

CRDF Global is seeking an experienced Travel & Logistics Manager to lead travel, event, and logistics operations for an international U.S. Government-funded program in Bolivia. This role will manage a local team, oversee vendors and travel service providers, ensure compliance with program requirements, and serve as CRDF Global's primary representative in Bolivia. Location: La Paz, Bolivia.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Bolivia Travel & Logistics team.
- Manage complex travel, event, and logistics operations.
- Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, U.S. Government regulations, and CRDF Global policies.
- Coordinate closely with the client, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor staff workload, performance, and professional development.
- Represent CRDF Integral in Bolivia and support organizational compliance with local regulations.




- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel, logistics, event management, or operations in an international environment.
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing medium
- to large-scale events and travel operations.
- Experience with travel vendors, procurement, booking systems, and logistics coordination.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with international organizations, development programs, NGOs, or multinational companies preferred.
- Familiarity with U.S. Government-funded programs is a plus.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
