Project Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the Role
At Omnicom Production, we are looking for a Project Manager to act as the strategic bridge between client needs, agency creative vision, and studio execution.

This hybrid role combines project management, production expertise, stakeholder management, and operational leadership. The adecuado candidate will manage the end-to-end production lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables, seamless collaboration between teams, and on-time execution across multiple creative and digital production projects.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency teams, and internal stakeholders.
Lead discovery conversations to gather project requirements and identify information gaps.
Review and audit incoming requests to ensure completeness, technical feasibility, and production readiness.
Manage project intake and coordinate communication between clients, agencies, and production teams.
Define project plans, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.




Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Identify risks, dependencies, and production bottlenecks, escalating issues when necessary.
Coordinate resources and workflows to maximize production efficiency.
Maintain and optimize project management and workflow tools (e.g., Workfront).
Conduct quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet creative, technical, and brand requirements.
Translate technical production requirements into clear, client-friendly language.
Train stakeholders on production processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Experience
5+ years of experience in Production Management, Project Management, Creative Operations, or similar roles.
Experience working with creative, digital, marketing, or production teams.
Strong background managing complex, multi-channel projects from intake through delivery.
