Overview
The Solution Architect supports sales by helping secure the “technical close” by collaborating with functions across the organization from sales, services, development, and other technical resources to ensure proposed deals include the technical solutions that accurately address customer needs. The Solution Architect role helps align key customer decision-makers with the solutions and workflows that Quorum software supports.
Responsibilities
Technical Sales Support:
Participate in client meetings, providing the technical expertise as needed
Participate in Account Plan and Strategic Opportunity Plan preparation and reviews
Identify opportunities in new prospects and current customers
Clearly define the value proposition for the client
Work with the account managers to map out the best approach to increase our footprint at a client
Help manage client interactions and stay connected with the technical leaders in our clients and prospects
