Position Summary
Zeal is seeking a creative and relationship-driven Community & Programs Marketing Managerto build trust, engagement, and brand awareness across the communities where our customers spend their time.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement
- Develop and manage Zeal's organic social media strategy.
- Build engagement across LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
- Participate in online communities such as Reddit, Quora, and other industry forums where appropriate.
- Build relationships with industry influencers and community partners.
- Grow Zeal's online community and customer engagement.
Customer Advocacy
- Develop customer advocacy programs that showcase customer success stories.
- Recruit customer speakers, testimonials, case studies, and product champions.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify opportunities for customer engagement.
- Encourage customer referrals and community participation.
Events & Programs
- Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, workshops, and educational programming.
- Coordinate conference participation and sponsorships.
- Manage event logistics, promotion, registration, and follow-up.
- Develop community-focused campaigns that drive attendance and engagement.
- Measure program effectiveness and attendee engagement.
Partnerships
- Build strategic partnerships with industry organizations, associations, and complementary technology providers.
