Position Summary
Zeal is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Managerto own demand generation and customer acquisition across our digital marketing channels. This role is responsible for driving qualified pipeline through search, paid media, website optimization, marketing automation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Own Zeal's customer acquisition strategy across organic and paid channels.
- Develop and execute GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility in AI-powered search experiences.
- Manage and optimize SEO strategy,
including keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content recommendations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Develop and manage retargeting campaigns across digital platforms.
- Build and optimize conversion funnels to increase qualified leads.
Website & Conversion Optimization
- Optimize landing pages for user experience and conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, forms, messaging, and calls-to-action.
- Partner with Product and Design to improve website performance and lead generation.
- Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
Marketing Automation
- Maintain marketing automation workflows and lead scoring.
- Partner with Sales to improve lead handoff and pipeline quality.
- Ensure CRM and marketing automation systems are optimized.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own marketi
