? What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition Operations
✅ Manage the complete job posting lifecycle across multiple platforms
✅ Publish, refresh, monitor, and close job requisitions
✅ Maintain ATS records and ensure data accuracy
✅ Audit candidate information and recruiting workflows
✅ Support recruiting compliance and process execution
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
✅ Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling
✅ Manage recruiting logistics and communications
✅ Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
✅ Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer
Offer Management & Pre-Boarding
✅ Prepare and distribute offer letters
✅ Track offer acceptance and documentation
✅ Coordinate transitions between Recruiting and HR teams
✅ Maintain compliance with company hiring standards
Reporting & Process Improvement
✅ Generate recruiting reports and dashboards
✅ Monitor job posting performance and candidate pipelines
✅ Support SOP creation and process optimization initiatives
✅ Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
Stakeholder Support
✅ Partner with HR, Recruiters, and
