You Are
UST is searching for an experienced Delivery Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic programs across DSD domains. The role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, financial governance, risk mitigation, and ensuring business value realization.
The Opportunity
Lead and oversee multiple projects and programs from initiation through execution and closure
Define program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational objectives
Manage project dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders across DSD domains
Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and program status reporting
Serve as primary point of contact for program escalations and strategic decision-making
Monitor financial performance, manage program budgets, and track resource allocation
Support commercial planning and business case development for new initiatives
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
Monitor project health and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations
