We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to handle the day-to-day execution of paid social ad operations for a data-first growth marketing agency managing paid media across a focused roster of e-commerce and DTC brands. You will own ad operations across Meta and TikTok, with additional support across Snapchat, keeping campaigns built, QA'd, and running correctly at all times.
This is not a budget management or creative role. You will not be writing copy or designing assets, and you will not be making strategic media buying decisions. Your job is to build ads correctly, QA everything thoroughly, keep campaigns organized, and ensure nothing goes live with errors. If you are detail-oriented, fast, experienced across Meta and TikTok, and take pride in clean, organized campaign builds with zero errors, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Ad Building and Campaign Management
Build and set up ads across Meta (primarily Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat following client-provided parameters and naming conventions
QA creative, copy, and landing pages submitted by clients before building out campaigns
Create ad names using the internal naming builder and maintain naming convention consistency across all accounts
Upload preview links for client approvals and duplicate approved ads into target campaigns
Manage administrative and data entry touchpoints including promotional code creation and UTM setup
