Position Overview
The Finance Team Lead – Colombia is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance and accounting activities for AVEVA’s Colombian entity,



ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, timely completion of month-end and year-end activities, and compliance with local statutory, tax, corporate and internal control requirements.
The role will lead the local Finance team and work closely with the LATAM Finance Director, regional Finance teams, Tax, Treasury, FP&A;, Commercial Finance and other global functions.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The successful candidate must be comfortable going into the detail, investigating accounting, tax or control issues, and working directly with the team to resolve them. The role requires someone who can combine strong technical accounting and Colombian tax knowledge with effective people management and stakeholder engagement.
