About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant with experience in Operating Rooms to join our surgical care team. We are looking for a committed professional focused on patient safety, excellence, and strict adherence to surgical protocols, capable of performing efficiently in high-demand environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the medical and nursing teams throughout pre-operative, intra-operative, and immediate post-operative phases.
* Prepare, organize, and verify instruments, supplies, and medical equipment required for each surgical procedure.
* Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and strict adherence to aseptic and biosafety protocols within the operating room.
* Receive, identify, and prepare patients prior to entering the operating room, ensuring compassionate and safe care.
* Support the transfer and proper positioning of patients on the surgical table.
* Ensure strict compliance with surgical safety checklists and counts of sponges and instruments.

Requirements
* Education:



Nursing Assistant / LVN certification (with active license/registration to practice).
* Experience: Minimum of [1 or 2] years of proven experience in operating rooms / surgical suites.
* Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support / ACLS is a plus).
