Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Bogotá. This role will act as a key link between the Human Resources department and the different business units, driving people management strategies that contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
The selected candidate will play a key role in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and strengthening a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with leaders across different departments to align Human Resources strategies with business and operational objectives.
Lead initiatives related to workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee development processes.
Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.




Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making and promote continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with Colombian labor legislation and the organization's internal policies.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
Facilitate change management and organizational culture initiatives.
Support and manage processes related to payroll.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably in multinational companies or dynamic, fast-growing environments.
Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategies into execution.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Experience working with HRIS systems and making data-driven decisions.
