? Social Analyst
About the Role
At Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), we are looking for a Social Analyst to support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid social media campaigns for global clients.
This role is adecuado for a professional with 1–3 years of experience in Paid Social, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Media Buying, with hands-on experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about digital advertising and campaign performance.
? Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Set up, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms.
Ensure accurate implementation of campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, creatives, tracking, and targeting.
Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance on a daily basis.
Ensure campaigns are launched according to established timelines and quality standards.
Optimization & Performance




Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization.
Optimize budgets, audiences, bids, placements, and other campaign parameters to improve performance.
Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
Identify performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare campaign performance reports and post-campaign summaries.
Analyze data to identify key insights, learnings, and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate campaign tracking and performance documentation.
Support the development of presentations and performance summaries for stakeholders.
Quality Assurance
Conduct campaign QA before launch to ensure accuracy across settings, targeting, budgets, creatives, tracking, and timelines.
Identify and resolve campaign discrepancies or delivery issues.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and campaign requirements.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams
