Allego is looking for a Sr. Cloud Developer to join our Cloud team to own and evolve the critical backend services that power Allego's Sales Learning platform. This is a hands-on technical role with meaningful scope: you will architect, develop, and maintain the API server and companion microservices that serve millions of requests from mobile (iOS, Android) and web clients worldwide.
You will work closely with a multi-disciplined team, product, QA, frontend, and DevOps in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. We value engineers who take ownership, write production-quality code, and can make sound architecture decisions independently.
What You Will Do
Design and implement new features and APIs consumed by mobile and web clients, leveraging AI driven tools and processes
Maintain and evolve core backend services and microservices
Write and optimize database stored procedures for performance and correctness
Architect and deliver asynchronous processing pipelines
Contribute to security features including SSO integration, file handling, and role-based access controls
Debug and resolve production incidents with urgency and thoroughness
Participate in code review and set the bar for engineering quality across the team
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and drive adoption of co
