About the Role:
We’re hiring a Full-Time Social Media Video Editor based in Colombia to join our in-house creative team. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes CapCut, AI, TikTok and Instagram, knows how to create visually striking content with AI, and can edit both images and videos for high-performing, brand-aligned results.

Key Responsibilities:
-Edit short-form videos and images quickly and efficiently,



with a strong understanding of Gen Z aesthetics and platform-native trends
-Use AI tools to accelerate editing workflows, from captioning and cleanup to resizing and asset variations
-Generate AI video and image content using tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, or similar, keeping output on-brand and native to each platform
-Work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times and shifting priorities
-Contribute to TikTok-first strategies, trend spotting, and content ideation across platforms-Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, shot lists, and storyboards-Receive and organize raw content from creators and internal shoots
-Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, visuals, and goals-Assist with resizing, light retouching, and preparing visual assets for various formats
