We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Finance & Inventory Controller to manage inventory planning, financial reporting, and profitability across our Amazon and Shopify channels.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Minimum 3 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify e-commerce operations
Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment
Track inventory levels, sales velocity, stock coverage, and inventory turnover
Prepare weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and financial reports
Calculate product costs, landed costs, gross profit, and net profitability
Monitor Amazon fees, advertising expenses, fulfillment costs, shipping costs, returns, and other operating expenses
Perform SKU-level profitability and margin analysis
Monitor Amazon and Shopify sales, payouts, refunds, and discrepancies




Identify slow-moving inventory, overstock, and potential stock-outs
Maintain accurate dashboards and reports usingExcel/Google Sheets
Work closely with operations, logistics, marketing, and accounting teams
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, inventory management, financial reporting, cost analysis, and e-commerce profitability tracking.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Amazon/Shopify e-commerce finance, inventory planning, or a similar analytical role.
