About the Role: Genesis US Properties LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Sales Support Administrator to join our remote team in Colombia. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Sales and Marketing departments, helping to drive the success of our hotel properties. The adecuado candidate has a strong background in the hospitality industry, a keen understanding of revenue management, and thrives in a fast-paced, bilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Sales and Marketing departments.
Assist in the coordination, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Support revenue management efforts by assisting with data gathering, reporting, and market analysis.
Act as a point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and property management.
Maintain and organize department records, sales databases, and marketing assets.
Travel to the United States as required for meetings, property visits, or training.




Requirements:
Language: Bilingual with Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is strictly required.
Industry Experience: Proven knowledge and experience within the hospitality/hotel industry.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Revenue Management principles and practices is highly desired.
Location & Travel: Must be based in Colombia with a valid US Visa (B1/B2 or equivalent) and the availability to travel to the USA when required.
Skills: Excellent administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a remote work setting.
