We are currently seeking a Conversion Expert to join our team in Colombia and play a key role in guiding potential clients through the initial stages of their legal journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars efficiently.
Conduct timely and effective follow-up with leads to convert them into clients.
Provide personalized post-consultation follow-up to nurture client relationships.
Maintain accurate and complete records of lead and client interactions.
Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Bilingual (Spanish-English), with C1-level English proficiency.
Prior experience in customer service, client intake, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
Results-driven with proven experience in sales or lead conversion.
Proactive mindset and strong client-oriented approach.
