Position: Compliance Trainee
At Biopas, a Swixx Biopharma Company, we are looking for a Compliance Trainee to join our team within the pharmaceutical industry. This opportunity is aimed at final-year university students or recent graduates.
? What will be your challenge?
You will have the opportunity to support the strengthening of the Compliance function by contributing to different processes and projects within the area.
Key Responsibilities:
? Support the execution and monitoring of activities related to the Compliance Program, including the monitoring of controls, KPIs, and action plans associated with PTEE and SAGRILAFT.
? Manage and keep the department's documentation up to date, ensuring proper organization, filing, and traceability.
? Support Third-Party Due Diligence processes and information management through the NAVEX platform.
? Monitor mandatory certifications and training attendance, and consolidate the corresponding supporting documentation and evidence.
? Support the preparation of compliance reports, consolidating information for internal audits, periodic monitoring activities, and requests from regulatory authorities, particularly regarding Transfers of Value.
? Provide administrative and operational support for various Compliance initiatives and projects.
? What are we looking for?
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Internship experience or a strong interest in developing a career in Compliance, Ethics & Compliance, Auditing, Risk Management, Internal Controls, or related areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Intermediate English proficiency is required. (English level will be assessed through a test.)
