In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Project Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience supporting project coordination, delivery operations, resource planning, or project administration within advertising agencies, production organizations, marketing environments, consulting firms, or professional services companies.
Their mission will be to support the successful planning, tracking,



coordination, and delivery of production and content adaptation projects across multiple brands, clients, and workstreams. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset who can help ensure operational excellence, project visibility, and successful project execution across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades
Support Project Managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in translating project briefs into structured project plans, timelines, schedules, and actionable deliverables.
Coordinate project inputs, requirements, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, ensuring all project-related information remains accurate, current, and accessible.
