Administrator to join a growing team supporting gaming-studio
infrastructure, delivering mission-critical network services, and
contributing to integral-scale operations all while enjoying life in
Colombias vibrant capital. What youll do Design, configure, and
maintain network infrastructure switches, routers, firewalls,
wireless access points to ensure reliability, security, and high
performance in a 24/7 live-studio environment. Oversee daily
network operations: monitor traffic and performance, proactively
troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless or connectivity issues,
and implement optimizations to avoid downtime. Provide system
administration support for both Windows and Linux environments:
manage network services, security protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and
access controls. Diagnose complex network problems using tools such
as packet analyzers or monitoring platforms (e.g. Wireshark,




PRTG/Zabbix/Nagios) and implement effective solutions. Ensure full
compliance with security and operational standards, manage
documentation, and support upgrades, expansions or new deployments
as needed. What were looking for At least 5 years of experience in
network engineering or administration, ideally in high-availability
or live-service environments. Strong expertise managing Cisco (or
equivalent) networking equipment, and deep knowledge of TCP/IP,
DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing protocols, network security, wireless
infrastructure. Solid experience with both Windows and Linux system
administration, and familiarity with modern network services and
security best practices. Proficiency in both English and Spanish
(written and spoken); good communication, problem-solving skills,
and ability to work flexibly in a rotating shift schedule when
