The Lead Project Analyst, Global Compensation COE is responsible for driving high‑impact projects across both year‑round and year‑end compensation processes in partnership with the broader Total Rewards and HR ecosystem. This role requires strong project management capability, demonstrated J&J; Functional Project Excellence (FPX) experience, and preferred Lean Six Sigma certification to support process optimization, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

The Project leader plays a key role in enabling the Senior Manager’s strategic priorities by coordinating cross‑functional teams,



executing detailed project plans, improving processes, enhancing documentation, and ensuring on‑time and high‑quality delivery of compensation programs globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project management across year‑round and year‑end compensation initiatives, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, issues tracking, and cross‑functional coordination.- Support governance for compensation processes by preparing materials, maintaining documentation, and ensuring consistent adoption of global standards.
- Manage project elements related to global survey participation, salary structure development, market pricing deliverables, and annual benchmarking cycles.
- Coordinate with HRIS/Workday, Regional Total Rewards, and integral partners to support testing, data validation, and implementation activities.
