Integral is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to oversee operational compliance, inventory control, quality standards, and pharmacy performance across multiple locations. This role requires strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, operational oversight, and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership teams in the United States.

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Valid professional license.
- English proficiency (minimum B2).
- Own motorcycle and valid driver's license.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant professional experience.

Experience

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Pharmacy management or technical direction.
- Pharmaceutical auditing.
- Pharmaceutical services coordination.
- Quality assurance and compliance.
- Pharmacy or dispensary operations supervision.
- Pharmaceutical inventory management.
- Healthcare operational control.
- Pharmaceutical operations within retail pharmacies, healthcare providers, insurance-related pharmacy services,



pharmaceutical distributors, or pharmacy chains.

Required Knowledge and Skills
- Pharmaceutical and healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Controlled substances management.
- Inventory control and expiration management.
- Pharmaceutical process auditing.
- Performance metrics and KPI management.
- Pharmacy management and billing systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Report preparation and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee pharmacy operations.
- Track inventory levels, product expiration dates, inventory discrepancies, and product turnover.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Review billing processes, cash handling procedures, and operational documentation.
- Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
