What You Will Do:
- Lead and develop a team of pricing professionals supporting North America territories
- Prepare and manage financial models to develop competitive and profitable pricing solutions
- Participate in pricing reviews with Sales teams to evaluate opportunities and recommend pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Sales teams to gather customer requirements, assumptions, and deal conditions
- Partner with Operations, Contracts, and other back-office teams to ensure pricing schedules and terms are accurately reflected in contracts and enterprise systems

What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in Pricing, Financial Management, Sales Operations, or a related field
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience with profitability and investment analysis metrics
