Bilingual Facebook Ads Specialist (English/Spanish)

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Facebook Ads Specialist to help create and manage high-performing ad campaigns targeting both English
- and Spanish-speaking audiences.

This is a full role with potential for ongoing work.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns
- Write compelling ad copy in English and Spanish:
- Develop or coordinate ad creatives (images/videos)
- Set up targeting for both English
- and Spanish-speaking audiences
- Monitor performance and optimize ads for better results
- Provide basic reporting on ad performance

Requirements:
- Experience running ads on Meta Ads Manager




- Fluent in both English and Spanish (not just translation — cultural understanding preferred)
- Proven track record with Facebook/Instagram ads
- Ability to create or guide ad creatives
- Strong communication and reliability

Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience targeting Hispanic/Latino audiences in the U.S.
- Experience with lead generation or local business ads
- Basic graphic design skills (using Canva or similar)

Compensation
- Project-based or hourly (based on experience)
- Potential for ongoing work if results are strong
