Position Summary

Zeal is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Experience Representativeto join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them successfully adopt and use the Zeal platform throughout their journey.

You will provide exceptional support, deliver product training, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer has a positive experience. Working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams, you will advocate for customer needs while helping improve our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support
- Assist customers in navigating contract language, templates, workflows, and platform features with confidence and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot product issues and work collaboratively with Engineering to resolve complex technical concerns.
- Document customer interactions, resolutions, and recurring issues within the customer support platform.
- Monitor customer inquiries to ensure service-level expectations are consistently met.

Customer Onboarding & Training
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct live virtual product demonstrations and training sessions for new and existing users.
