- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with HR, diversity,
and business leaders to ensure recruitment strategies align with company goals, values, and diversity initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant employment laws. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a leader in the logistics space.
What we would like you to bring:
- Bachelor Degree.
- +3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition area.
- Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- Logistics experience is a plus.
- Skills: Customer Oriented, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving.
