We’re looking for the person everyone calls when something needs to get built, connected, launched, fixed, automated, designed, or figured out.

You know enough about websites to build and manage them.

You know enough about marketing to understand why they exist.

You know enough about technology to make different systems talk to each other.

And you have enough design sense to know when something looks great - and when it absolutely does not.

THE JOB

We are a small, entrepreneurial group supporting several growing businesses.

We need someone who can help us execute.

This is not a job where you spend your day creating marketing plans for other people to implement.

You are one of the people implementing them.

One day you might build a landing page.

Then connect a form to a CRM, build an automation, update a website, create graphics in Canva,



troubleshoot an integration, or help launch a new marketing campaign.

You don't need to be the world's greatest expert at everything.

But you need to be very good at figuring things out.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll work across several businesses and help us:
- Build and maintain websites and landing pages
- Work with WordPress and Shopify
- Build funnels and workflows in GoHighLevel:
- Set up integrations using tools such as Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks
- Create marketing graphics and assets using Canva
- Make website updates and basic front-end changes
- Build lead-generation campaigns
- Help manage CRM databases and marketing lists
- Create forms, calendars, pipelines, and automated workflows
- Assist with social media when needed
- Track campaign performance and help improve results
- Troubleshoot technology when something doesn't work
- Research and learn new platforms when we decide to try something new
