The role contributes to positive customer experience, revenue accuracy, and cash flow by ensuring billing documents, returns, and logistics -related topics are handled in line with service level agreements, internal policies, and quality standards.
- The Specialist works closely with internal O2C teams and customers to resolve billing and returns inquiries efficiently, escalating issues when needed and supporting process consistency across the Order-to-Cash cycle.
