Responsibilities:
- Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely delivery of tailored solutions and managing client feedback.-
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and with clients.- Sales & Contract Management- Own the sales cycle for sales opportunities and renewals.- Collaborate with Account Executives on new sales opportunities.- Client Onboarding & Offboarding- Lead client onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with all internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.- Help create ticket details that are shared with all stakeholders.- Client Meetings & Account Management- Maintain full ownership of assigned client accounts, coordinating closely with the Accounting Department on invoicing and account changes.- Host client check-in calls.
