StaffBridge is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Medellín, supporting a U.S.based logistics client.
- What You'll Do- Track and validate annual and quarterly financial statements- Monitor outstanding documentation and insurance renewals- Escalate overdue items requiring leadership involvement- Update and maintain tracking systems
- What We're Looking For- Direct financial-services experience- Hands-on pipeline management experience- Familiarity with the terminology, pace, and decision-making of a financial environment- Experience supporting senior executives or C-level leaders- Strong judgment and the ability to prioritize independently- Ability to understand context, anticipate needs, and act without constant direction- Executive-level communication, discretion, organization, and follow-through- Advanced Excel proficiency and professional English
