Marketing & Content Analyst (Part-Time) - Remote, Colombia

CES+ is a Miami-based audiovisual and IT integration company operating across the United States and Latin America. We work with cutting-edge technology and a young, dynamic, and growing team, where communication and culture are at the core of who we are.

We're looking for a Marketing & Content Analyst to join our team and bring our content to life, strengthen internal communications, and contribute fresh ideas that connect with our audiences and our people. It's a dynamic role, ideal for someone creative, organized, and proactive who loves to both propose and execute.

What you'll do
- Create, edit, and schedule content for our social media and digital channels.
- Contribute fresh ideas to our content strategy and take them from proposal to execution.
- Design and send internal communications and newsletters that strengthen our culture.
- Lead internal initiatives such as birthdays, employee of the month, and engagement activities.
- Support campaign development and manage related information (forms, follow-up, results).




- Collaborate on visual material (photo and video) for the website and onboarding experience.

What we're looking for
- Technical, technologist, or professional degree (or final-semester student) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience in digital content, social media, or communications.
- A creative eye and excellent writing skills.
- Proficiency with Canva or other content design and scheduling tools.
- Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
- English B2+ MANDATORY
- Availability to work part-time, Monday to Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST).
