About the role:
Get Linked Up is recruiting on behalf of a U.S.based personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Lien Negotiator / Resolutions Specialist to own the settlement and disbursement phase of personal injury cases. You will reduce medical bills and liens, communicate with providers and lien holders, and prepare final disbursement documentation - working remotely as a key member of the legal team.

This role is also known as: Lien Negotiator - Lien Reduction Specialist - Post-Settlement Specialist - Disbursement Coordinator

Key responsibilities:
- Negotiate and reduce medical bills and liens on behalf of personal injury clients
- Communicate with medical providers, lien holders, and insurance entities
- Prepare and finalize settlement statements and disbursement documentation
- Ensure accurate calculations and regulatory compliance prior to disbursement
- Maintain organized case records and update internal case management systems
- Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure timely case resolution

Requirements:




- Proven hands-on experience in medical bill and lien reduction for personal injury cases
- Direct experience in the settlement and disbursement phase of a personal injury law firm
- Ability to prepare settlement statements and disbursement documentation independently
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) - required
- Strong numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with external providers

Nice to have:
- Prior experience with U.S.based personal injury law firms
- Familiarity with legal case management systems (e.g. Filevine, Litify, MyCase)
- Background in remote legal support roles
