We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to support our U.S.based transportation operations. This position will coordinate fleet maintenance activities, monitor repairs and inspections, and work closely with drivers, maintenance vendors, repair shops, and internal operations teams to ensure our equipment remains safe, compliant, and operational.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities for trucks and trailers.
- Monitor scheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs,



and service requirements to ensure they are completed on time.
- Coordinate with repair shops, maintenance vendors, and service providers to schedule repairs and obtain updates on equipment status.
- Communicate with drivers and internal operations teams regarding maintenance needs, repair status, and equipment availability.
- Monitor maintenance requests and ensure issues are properly documented and followed through to completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, repair history, inspection documentation, and service information.
- Review repair updates and identify outstanding items that require additional follow-up.
- Help prioritize maintenance needs based on safety, compliance, equipment availability, and operational impact.
